Hi, I'm Jonathan Truelove. I built LandlordProof in North Yorkshire after years of running a residential portfolio. It's designed for landlords who want the essentials in one place, without the noise. The first property is free.
A bit about me
Property started as a side investment for me and grew into a residential investment and development business across the Yorkshire coast and York. Since 2018 I've owned and developed more than 20 residential units across Filey, Scarborough, Bridlington and York, handling acquisition, conversion, building work, refinancing and day to day management.
Before property, and alongside it, I've spent more than 30 years building, owning and running regulated gaming businesses. That world taught me to take paperwork, deadlines and regulators seriously, which is a big part of why LandlordProof exists.
